H(a)unting Songs
 Table reading by Tulio Rosa

Wednesday, 9th July
from 19h

As a closing gesture of a year-long research cycle within the project H(a)unting Songs, Túlio Rosa will share present a text that reflects on the intersecting legacies of extraction, myth-making, nation-building, and desire.

The audience is invited to witness a scripted conversation among five characters editing a fictional magazine, the piece unfolds as a polyphonic exercise — where opera choruses and museum paintings meet bureaucratic archives, gold teeth, falling meteors, and ghosts that refuse to stay in the past.

H(a)unting Songs treats gold as both material and metaphor: a site where myth, capital, and colonial desire converge, and proposes opens space to question not only the stories we inherit, but the ways we continue to tell them.
